1. What data we may process

Depending on how you interact with the site, we may process:

• contact details that you send directly, such as name, email, company, subject and message;
• details related to a commercial enquiry, a project or an introductory discussion;
• basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, visited pages and security logs provided by the hosting environment;
• follow-up correspondence if we continue the discussion by email or other working channels.

2. Where the data comes from

The data mainly comes directly from you when you contact us, request an offer or send information about a project.

Some technical data is generated automatically by the infrastructure for website operation, security and diagnostics.

3. Why we use the data

• to respond to messages, quote requests and commercial discussions;
• to assess whether a project is a fit for our services;
• to schedule and follow up an introductory call;
• to protect the site, prevent abuse and preserve the technical integrity of the service;
• to meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations if we start working together.

4. Legal bases

• Pre-contractual steps when you contact us about a quote or a project.
• Legitimate interests for site security, handling relevant enquiries and managing business communication.
• Legal obligation when we must retain certain information for tax, accounting or legal compliance.
• Consent only if, in the future, we introduce marketing communications that are not based on an existing commercial relationship.

5. Contact forms and bookings

If you use the contact form, we process the submitted information only to respond and continue the discussion requested by you.

The scheduling interface currently present on the site is, in this version, a UI/UX presentation component. Until the actual submission flow is activated, selecting a slot in that modal does not yet send personal data to us.

6. Who may receive the data

We may work with technical providers required for website operation and communication, for example:

• hosting and infrastructure providers;
• email and correspondence tools;
• calendar / video meeting tools, if real booking is activated;
• accounting, legal advisers or authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for hidden commercial profiling.

7. International transfers

If we use providers that process data outside the EEA, we will do so only under an appropriate safeguard, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism recognised by applicable law.

8. How long we keep the data

• commercial enquiries and initial messages are kept only as long as needed to assess and continue the discussion;
• if the project does not move forward, we may delete or archive the communication within a reasonable period;
• if we work together, certain data may be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards where legally required.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, to the extent that these rights apply.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if you believe the processing does not comply with the law. Before that, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
